Honestly this video makes all the radicalism coming from British right wing commentators a lot more understandable. They percieve and endorse views that electoralism and democracy doesn't work because for the past few elections until this one, it really seems that was the case for the British electorate. Hopefully this result restores their faith in democracy. I understand their radicalism but many of them preach their takeaways from British politics to Americans with no knowledge of the differences between our politicians, giving them the impression that British politics is much more applicable to what is going on in America than it really is.

The Tories had 14 years of uninterrupted rule and the UK is just as woke as the rest of the Anglosphere. For some reason, mass migration is the top priority of governments everywhere, even though their constituents hate it.

Half of the country didn't vote. Labour got a third of a half of the vote. 75%-80% of this country DID NOT VOTE FOR LABOUR. Our system is a joke and needs reformed.

The only difference between Tories and Labour are the colour of their ties. There's a lot of political disengagement when that's the case. Credit where due, Farage and Corbyn cut through that and actually take political positions. Good video, but I think it’s important to note that Liz Truss’ government had also attempted to cap energy prices (mainly natural gas) while also cutting taxes, expecting to use government bonds to pay for it. The markets got spooked, since this was expected to worsen the already terrible rates of inflation affecting the country, and many GBP assets started getting sold off. The Pound lost a lot of its strength relative to other currencies like the Euro or Dollar, and that slammed pension funds, who made up almost half of all private savings in the country. Those funds were put in a sort of “doom loop”, where asset prices would fall, then these pension funds would be forced to get more collateral by the banks, and these funds would sell their gilts (government bonds) to meet their new requirements, lowering their value through the increased supply. I read that a few of these funds were mere hours away from disaster, according to the Bank of England, and the government has been working ever since to try to prevent this from happening again. This doesn’t detract from your video at all, as I’m sure that party infighting was a primary contributor as well, but I thought it was important to show the other major reason why she left office so soon.

Surprise, surprise: A woman in government who was pro-Muslim gets heckled and rejected by the very group she was championing when they showed their true colors... Islam is not compatible with Western values and thought, and this is why it needs rejected from the U.K., France, Spain, and the Scandinavian countries just like the Middle Eastern countries reject Western values. I sincerely do not know if there will be an ethnically English population in 50 years. Why are Brits such self loathing infantilized peasants? An election where 34% of the vote gets 63% of the seats while 14% of the vote gets 1% representation in the government compared to all other parties being about equal % doesn't seem like much of a democracy to me. I'm an American and don't understand the UK system in full but that seems to be asking for another series of years where a growing population that shifted party because they felt unheard and unrepresented to begin with continues to become further disillusioned or potentially radicalized. Additionally, I think by the time of the next vote we will see the collapse of the Labour party itself as the growing "Sharia Party" takes seats and votes from Labour since the growing Muslim population is unhappy with White and Female leadership. The UK leftists will have to deal with the bed they have made by allying themselves with a religious / racial / political group by disproportionally increasing their populations through immigration, thinking it would lead to more votes for them but now it will lead to votes as they establish their own party which has policies that are very much anti women, anti lgbtq, anti freedom of speech, and anti freedom of religion / religious criticism.
